If the client confirms the preparation of individual activities within this project or as an additional order outside this project, but then cancels it during the preparation of the concept and implementation, they are obliged to cover the agency’s cost of the fee that would be due to them upon realization of these activities. In the above case, the client is also obliged to bear all costs incurred up to that point from external suppliers and any media penalties due to cancellation and failure of advertising activities according to their contractual provisions.
